Cinpres Gas Injection Limited offers an unrivalled design engineering support service which starts with a “Product Assessment Report (PAR) carried out free of charge by Cinpres’ design engineering team.

The aim of the PAR is to look into the technical feasibility of the project / application and give feed back and recommendations to the customer as to the benefits GAM technology can provide and how it should be applied to the part in question.

Following a positive PAR Cinpres is then able to offer the next phase of design engineering support which may include either 2.5D or full 3D computer simulation of the plastic and gas mould filling and packing.

Cinpres’ engineers will work closely with a customers’ mould manufacturer and raw material supplier to ensure that the tool is manufactured correctly and that “hands on” technical support is offered during initial tool trials.

Following installation of Cinpres equipment at the customers’ factory, (carried out by qualified Cinpres personnel or agents trained by Cinpres), additional on-site training and process support can be arranged on an on-going basis if required.
