Retractable Gas Nozzles
Cinpres was the first to develop the Retractable Gas Nozzle and we offer three different diameters to suit different applications.

Machine Gas Nozzles (MGN)
The Cinpres Gas Injection Combined Shut Off Valve with Gas Injection combines precision gas injection at the nozzle tip with a material shut-off valve.

Uniquely designed for gas assisted moulding, actuation of the material shut-off is by the same gas as is used to pressurise the mouding. Alternative hydraulic actuator shut-off valves are available. It is a space saving economical solution.

The valve install is easily fitted onto the injection barrel by its 1 3/4" - 8 UNF thread, and usually requires an adapter to suit the Moulding Machine Barrel. Cinpres Gas Injection can supply custom made adapters. The standard tip has a radius of 19mm and a Hole Diameter of 4mm. Other sizes are available on request.
