Scope:
This warranty applies to Gas Preparation Systems and Pressure Controllers, and their associated spare parts, manufactured and/or supplied by Cinpres Gas Injection Ltd (Cinpres).
Length of Warranty Period:
Gas Preparation Systems and Pressure Controllers: 12 months from commissioning or 15 months from despatch, for which ever is sooner.
Spare parts: 12 months from despatch.
Conditions of Warranty:
Goods are inspected on receipt, and in the case of any obvious visual defects shall be notified to Cinpres within 3 weeks from date of delivery.
Equipment must be stored, installed, commissioned, operated and continually maintained in accordance with instructions issued by Cinpres and with good practice. Evidence of this will be required for a claim to be upheld.
Warranty cover is subject to full payment having being received by Cinpres, for the equipment and any licenses or other services.
Cinpres, at its sole option, will remedy any defects in materials or workmanship within the warranty period, by means of either repair or provision for replacement part.
Any accessories, parts and equipment supplied by Cinpres but not manufactured by Cinpres, shall carry whatever warranty the manufacturer has given Cinpres, providing it is possible for Cinpres to pass on such warranty to the customer.
By claiming under the warranty, the claimer accepts these terms in full.
Warranty Exemption:
Warranty is not offered for parts subject to wear and tear due to normal operation of the equipment; i.e. o rings, backup rings, seals, poppets, gaskets etc…
Use of equipment without the recommended services and operating conditions, or the use of non-genuine parts. Note: that this means you may have to prove to Cinpres’ satisfaction that the equipment has been maintained in accordance to Cinpres recommendations.
If the customer, or any third party meddles, interferes, tampers with or carries out any work, other than normal maintenance as specified in operating and maintenance instructions, or unless specifically authorised in writing by Cinpres.
The Company will not, under any circumstances, be liable for direct, special or consequential damages such as, but not limited to, damage or loss of property or equipment, loss of profits or revenues, cost of replacement goods, or expense or inconvenience caused by service interruptions.
