Cinpres Gas Injection has launched Version 7 (V7) of its MF range of CPC * ¹ / PPC * ² gas controllers.
The new model incorporates a significant number of technical innovations which, collectively, deliver a powerful bundle of new customer benefits. Many of these represent “firsts” for the industry.

Cinpres’s world-renowned user-friendly software now available in 12 different languages.
The software contains the operating manual (minimising the chances of it being lost, separated from the machine, or unavailable to the operator for other reasons).
The software now includes a fault-finding guide for the unit, speeding up diagnosis and minimising downtime.
Over 1,000 recipes can be stored in the software, with a system for ensuring rapid access.
The MF V7 comes with a USB port as standard, enabling users to plug-in a USB memory stick and easily transfer information.
“The advantage of this is that any screen can be printed, or saved to a computer, allowing users to store profiles for parts on their own system,” said Technical Manager Roy Cook. “This makes management of their gas assisted molding jobs much more effective.”
In addition to the dual molding machine interface – a set-up pioneered by Cinpres – there is an optional module to trigger each of the four valves from its own start signal, giving significantly greater control in complex applications.
